- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 3,386 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 2,593 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 3 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the USAO. The lease has been awarded to the Home Loan State Bank Building in Grand Junction, Colorado. Commencing 3/4/2016 through 3/3/2026, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $67,347.54 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $5,612.30 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $38,227.94 annually and an operating rent of $22,957.08. The lease terms are set at 10 years/5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 3/3/2021 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor
