- Terms and Conditions. Line Items The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP0211110190, for the acquisition of food service tables delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Otisville, NY. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Please include shipping in all pricing. The solicitation will be made available on or about; March 30, 2016 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 4th, at 11:00am EST. Quotes will be accepted via email to J1bird@bop.gov. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
