- HSHQDC-16-Q-00157_Full Solicitation PDF Attachment J.1 Facilities Checklist (a) This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide conference facility space, and related supplies and services, to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Cyber Security Division (CSD) for its 2016 Transition to Practice (TTP) Technology Demonstration Day for the Government Sector. (b) The conference will be held June 21, 2016 in Washington, DC with a set up day on June 20, 2016. (c) See attached PDF for the complete solicitation. (d) A complete quote must include the following: (i) Completed Facilities Checklist, Attachment J.1 (attached separately in Word). Check the boxes and fill in the text fields given. (ii) A single total price (one dollar figure). The Government is exempt from taxes. You may itemize other elements if you wish. (iii) Complete provisions (pages 31-32 of PDF). NOTE: If your company is not already registered in the System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ) you must do so in order to receive the contract award.
