The maximum quantity on Line Item 0001 is 5. AMC: 4D History: There is a historical award on September 30, 2013 under contract FA8119-13-D-0003-0001 for 4 each to Northrop Grumman Technical Services Inc. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 100.00 00 inches, Height 41.000 0 inches, Width 50.00 00 inches, Weight 520.00 00 (LB). Item Function: Provides exhaust path from the engines to the Aircraft exterior. Currently NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL SERVICES (Cage 0JRC1) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Government requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL SERVICES (Cage 0JRC1). Data rights for this item is considered proprietary until resolution of the B-2 CITIS data rights issue. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
