Description

Special Notice: The Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory's (AOML) located in Miami, FL is awarding a purchase order (PO) for preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, calibration, remote monitoring, and basic data management for AOML's HVAC controls system. This includes a subscription to the Johnson Controls Metasys Services Site from Design Controls Incorporated (DCI) Systems Group, Inc. located in Miami, FL. DCI is the only known source that can provide AOML with a variety of warrantied services to keep the building HVAC control system operating safely and efficiently. To the best of the Government's knowledge there are no other vendors available who can meet the requirements needed in order to compete for this purchase. A sources sought notice was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website https://www.fbo.gov/ on 03-18-2016 under Solicitation # NRMAD000-16-00574. The posting closed at 11:00 AM ET on 03/28/2016 with no viable responses. It is the Government's intent to award a purchase order to Design Controls Incorporated (DCI) Systems Group, Inc. upon the closing of this notice.
