- SF18 Deliverables List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0067 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Covaris Inc., 14 H Gill Street, Woburn, MA 01801-1721, a quantity (qty) of one (1) M220 Focused-ultrasonicator with Part Number: 500295, qty of 1 M220 NGS 15 to 130 μl microTUBE Starter Kit with Part Number: 500417, a qty of 1 microTUBE-15 AFA Beads Screw-Cap Case (250) with Part Number: 520153 and a qty of 1 M-Series Credit with Part Number: 530101 in accordance with the attached SF18 and Deliverables List. Covaris Inc. is deemed to be the only vendor whose product was found to meet all Government requirements and meets the minimum research capabilities of being able to serve as a single instrument for shearing DNA intended for sequencing in a closed- tube, isothermal, non-contact process. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 5 April 2016, no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT with an anticipated award date by 28 April 2016.
