- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN (2540-01-484-2632) and will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any responsible offeror planning to submit an offer with approved sources may submit an offer / proposal, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the (3) Year Basic one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery and Past Performance as will be described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M", See notes. This solicitation will open on or about April 15, 2016. The Contract Specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
