- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Provide outdoor Pentax Radiation Oncology Scope Towers as a brand name to Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All SDVOSB submitting an offer must be registered on https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). 2)This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Technical ability will be evaluated as either Acceptable/Unacceptable, Pass/Fail, or Go/No-Go. Tradeoffs are not permitted. 10)The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (April 2011), with its quote. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at https://www.sam.gov.
