Description

DBA Wage Determination AK160001 04MAR16 AK1 BLDG 2109 Kennel Drawing BLDG 2109 Floor Plan BLDG 2109 Photos of Guillotine Door System SOW SOLICITATION The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to furnish and install eight guillotine door systems for dog kennels in BLDG 2109. The Contractor shall provide all labor, wiring, conduit, fittings, equipment, components, fixtures, mounts, devices, accessories, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with these specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A site visit will be conducted on 05 April 2016, 1300 AKST at BLDG 3015 in DPW's Facilities Management Conference Room. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below NLT 06 April 2016 by 1300 AKST. All questions will be responded to through FBO. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Offers must be received electronically at kailey.a.good-hallahan.mil@mail.mil. No other method of offer submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting offers. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail.
