- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-16-Q-1441. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for a GSA approved Class 5 Information Processing System (IPS) Container Cabinet - Built to Min. Specs (Qty. 1). The minimum requirements are listed below. No substitution allowed. CLIN 0001: GSA approved Class 5 (IPS) Container Cabinet - (Qty. 1). CLIN 0002: Ground Shipping to Newport, RI. 02841 The following is a list of minimum requirements for the Information Processing System Container: • Dimensions: 62"H x 52"W x 52"D • Class: Class 5 • Lock: X10 Lock • Cooling: Thermostatically controlled forced air cooling system • Racks: 32U x 29"D roll-out rack frame w/ collapsible service tracks • Cable Portal: two cable portals for red/black TEMPEST separation • Mounting Bracket: mounting bracket for PDS junction box (TSM1010-JB) • Power Strip: 5 outlet, 15ft cord, NEMA 5-15 This procurement is Set Aside 100% for Small Business. NAICS code is 332439, size standard 500 employees. F.O.B. Destination NUWCDIVNWPT Newport, RI. Delivery required 30 days from receipt of order. FOB Destination. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2005-87. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items.
