Advanced Analytical worked closely together with Pacific Bioscience to validate their protocol according to the needs for the pacbio 30kb library preparation protocol. Technical specifications for an instrument system for the quantification and sizing of DNA to including full integration capabilities with Pacific Biosystems sequencer RSII. The DNA quantification and sizing system shall meet the following specifications: The system shall be able to reliable assess large DNA fragments for sequencing (75bp to 50000bp). Minimum product features shall include accurate qualification and quantification of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) samples that have been fragmented or sheared, tailed, ligated with modified oligonucleotide, size selected, captured, released and amplified. The system shall perform all analytical functions are automated via microfluidics control including sample delivery, sample injection, electrophoretic separation, staining and de-staining, fluorescence detection, data analysis and display, printing and archiving Maximum capacity:For now 12 cap but we could upgrade it up to 48 or 96 cap Minimum sample volume:20 µl (with 2 µl of sample typically required for dilution) Resolution: As low as 3 bp (gel dependent) Sizing accuracy:Typically 5% or better, size dependent Sensitivity: 50 pg/µl for smears, <50 pg/µl for fragments Light source power: One 1,000 mW LED LED wavelength:470 nm Emission collection devise: CCD detector Please provide the follow Business information: 1.
