- Description
- The Government is hereby issuing an unrestricted procurement for the delivery of Gaseous Nitrogen (GN2) Cylinders, Type I, Grade B, 99.99%, Purity IAW MIL-PRF-27401G, dated 07 August 2013, NSN: 9135-01-591-9895, delivered on a f.o.b. origin to Andersen AFB, Guam. The contract ordering period will be five years from 1 Oct 2016 - 30 Sep 2021. The total estimated contract quantity is for 6 GN2 Cylinders per year for a total estimated five-year quantity of 36 cylinders. The solicitation is being issued as a full and open competitive acquisition. This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type contract which includes the following Non-Recurring Services: Cylinder Re-Certification Testing; Palletization; Cylinder Disposal Preparation; Cylinder Valve Replacement; Strip, Clean and Dry; and Maintenance. Award will be made to the offeror(s) determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Apr 2016 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the supplemental solicitation may be requested. Only written or emailed request for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
