- Request for Proposal SPE4A7-16-R-1758 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years for NSN 1650-01-542-0170. The item being procured is a BRUSH ASSY, ELECTRIC. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 534 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The approved sources of supply are SKURKA AEROSPACE INC. CAGE: 95270 for part number A9441-1 and HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION CAGE: 55820 for part number 4951386. This is not a commercial item. This is an Export Controlled Item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule is 59 days. Solicitation issue date is 25 APRIL 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
