Description

The Government intends to solicit for a Field Of View Laser Detector Test Set under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, 10 U.S.C. 2304( c )(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible source and No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with: Goodrich Corporation, 100 Wooster HTS, Danbury, CT 06810-7509 For a quantity of one with additional spare units for an upgrade for an exsisting unit. Goodrich is the only company that has developed the test equipment and owns the technical documentation necessary to build it. There is no other known manufacturer with technical documentation to build it. Any firms believing they can provide the required Laser Detector Test Set should contact the Contract Specialist identified below within (10) days of this notice.
