Description

The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with R.A. Walton, & CO., INC., 1800 INDUSTRIAL HWY, YORK, PA, 17402-2201. The contractor shall provide maintenance and repair service for numerous customized industrial chambers for simulating environmental/climate conditions. The HVAC control systems were designed by R.A. Walton and the contractor owns all proprietary rights to all controller programs and all mechanical and electrical drawings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220 and the size standard is $15.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, 16 April 2016. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The point of contact for this action is Christopher M.
