Description

RFQ Form_SF1449 for FA8125-16-Q-0036 Attachment 2_Wage Determination Attachment 1_Statement of Work Tinker AFB requests bids IAW the attached RFQ to upgrade and refurbish the DoAll 3613-V3 Bandsaw. The successful offeror will provide new OEM parts IAW the attached SOW, and propose installation, alginment, calibration, and demonstration on company letterhead. The technician will use the required factory fixture for the alignment task. Additional details for evaluation criteria can be found in Clause 52.212-2 of the attached RFQ package. Completed packages will include completed SF1449 forms with representations and certifications 9or alternate as described in Clause 52.212-1) and must be delivered (preferably via email) NO LATER THAN 12;00 pm (noon) CDST on 18 Aprill 2016. Please submit any questions or requests for clarification to Contract Specialist Carrie Brown by 12:00 PM on 7 April 2016 to allow adquate time for response.
