- Response date (Deadline): April 18, 2016 A. GENERAL INFORMATION 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The contractor must be capable of providing tents, tent attachments chairs as specified. The contractor must be capable of fully setting up and breaking down all rented tents and furniture as specified and must carry liability insurance up to $2 Million. The largest tent must be able to withstand winds of 90 mph. Sub-contracting by the contractor selected will not be permitted to meet all capability, safety and liability concerns. The set up and breakdown will cover two date ranges: a. 5/16/2016 noon thru 5/18/2016 anytime b. 6/15/2016 noon thru 6/17/2016 anytime 3. Background: One will occur 5/17/2016 where up to 1,000 people will be attending in a memorial area over pavement and soil the other event on 6/16/2016 will accommodate 300 people in our outdoor special event field. These events must assure safety and protect visitors from all-weather elements and 6/16/16 4. Performance Period: Firm fixed price. The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW exactly as specified, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). The work shall occur 5/16/2016 noon thru 5/18/2016 anytime and 6/15/2016 noon thru 6 /17/2016 anytime. 5. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price Response date (deadline): CO will determine Contracting Office Address: VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistics James J. Peters VA Medical Center MCC: 10N3/NAL, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468-3992 Contract Vehicle: The resulting contract vehicles from this process will be a firm fixed price. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category (ex: SBVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, Small Business). If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (see internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email) and received not later than April 18, 2016.
