- The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support an IDIQ contract for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can manufacture and supply the following: Various radios, GPS, and Communications Equipment, 721S VHF-UHF Receiver-Transmitter, ARC-210, HF-9000, HF-9500, ARC-190, ARC-220, DVP-200, VRC-100, URG III HF communications, HF Messenger Digital Data communications (HFM), QNT Miniature Data Link, Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS), Multifunctional Information Distribution Systems: Low Volume Terminal (MIDS/LVT), Multifunctional Information Distribution System Fighter Data Link (MIDS/FDL), ARN-147, ARN-149, ARN-153, TCN-550 Advanced Digital TACAN Receiver-Transmitter, HF Pre/Post-Selector PR-2025, PA-2200A 1-kW Power Amplifier, RT-2200 High Frequency Receiver/Exciter, GPS Embedded Module Phase V (GEM), Airborne SAASM Receiver (ASR), NavFire, NavStrike, Integrated GPS Anti-Jam System (IGAS), MPE-S Type II GPS Receiver, GS GPS, Prevision Lightweight GPS Receiver PLGR, MicroDAGR, DAGR, Ground-Based GPS Receiver Application Module (GB-GRAM), Firestorm, Polaris Guide for distribution to a diverse worldwide customer base. The government intends to award an IDIQ for the execution of a Rockwell Collins IDIQ contract with Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The contractor must be able to support all technical, operational, safety, interoperability and security testing requirements. The contractor must be able to provide all support in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Please submit all responses, to include a detailed description of contractor qualifications and experience no later than 25 April, 2016. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitue a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The united States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
