Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the solicitation issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at https://www.fbo.gov/. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
