- USACE - ST. Louis DISTRICT - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0039 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 dated 4 January 2016. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334290 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The basis of award will be Firm Fixed Price. Additionally, Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. The following is a description and list of items requested under this RFQ: The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the work described herein. Contractor equipment used in the performance of this contract shall be of suitable size and type for the intended use and shall be inspected by the Contractor to ensure it's in safe and good working condition. Equipment found to be unsafe or not in conformity with the contract specification shall be removed from work site immediately. The equipment described within this section shall be used for performing required operations in connection with the general scope of work of this contract and in accordance with specifications contained in this contract. All equipment shall be installed to industry standards. Parts shall meet all current Federal EPA Emissions Standards and contain Ultra Low Emissions 3 Star Rating to meet the Sustainability Requirements. Complete specifications are issued with this combined synopsis/solicitation after the Bid Schedule shown below. The Line Item schedule is shown below. This requirement is issued FOB Destination, US Department of the Army St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers, Foot of Arsenal Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. BID SCHEDULE - 1. (1) Quick Release Type Bolt, (1) Oil Damped, (1) AF Zoom Camera NTSC, (1) Cable 7p 278ft, (2) Amos Camera 58 NTSC, (3) Multi Cables 4p 69ft, (1) Switcher, (1) Amos Camera 102, (1) Magnetic Bracket, (1) Monitor 12" Serial Y Split Cable, (1) Power Supply 110v USA Plug, (1) Foot Switch, (1) Multi Cable 7p 36ft, (1) Spectrum Scanner Round Max w/8975850 12.7 ft power cord included, (1) Monitor Seal, (1) Video Distributor modified and reconfigured to have (1) Cable Female 4p for Camera Connection, (1) Cable Male 4p for Monitor Connection, (1) Cable Female 7p for Connection to Spectrum Scanner. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATOINS/WORK STATEMENT - 1. The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the work described herein. Contractor equipment used in the performance of this contract shall be of suitable size and type for the intended use and shall be inspected by the Contractor to ensure it's in safe and good working condition. Equipment, supplies, and materials shall meet the following specifications: a.
