- Specifications: Upholstery fabric material, Model #AB427, Samwon Textile Co. or Equal is acceptable. 100% flame retardant, treated with Scotchgard, water proof (testing required), and burgundy. The offeror must provide sample fabric. The sample shall be 1 square yard of upholstery fabric with original flame retardant certificates (testing/certification required), treated with Scotchgard, and water proof. Proposal submission deadline extended to 08 April at 3:00 PM (Korean Time), which is 02:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time). *Offerors should always monitor FBO.gov for any notices and/or amendments for open solicitations.
