- Description
- The Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division intends to award a sole source purchase order for LCS Kits, to HP Enterprise Services LLC, 13600 EDS Dr. Herndon, Virginia 20171-3299. Basic product required: Light Credentialing Solution Kit Delivery: 90 Days ARO The resulting will be for a firm fixed price purchase order. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency for future purposes. This is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing no later than April 11, 2016 to taylor.alicia.k@dol.gov. Telephone calls regarding this matter will neither be accepted nor returned.
