- Description
- Augmenting Contractor resources with knowledge and experience related to the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), it's SAP and non-SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) components, it's most recent Army specific additions and modifications, business area processes and functionality is required by the Government for twelve months beginning in April of 2017. Also required is intimate knowledge of Army Shared Service Center (Army SSC) transition and knowledge transfer methodologies and processes including those associated with the proper development and use of the Army SSC LMP Learning Objectives and Readiness Assessment Form, Army SSC approved job shadowing techniques, and Army SSC specific processes related to Resource and Transition Package Lifecycles. In addition, experience with the development and modification of Army SSC specific and Army SSC LMP technical and functional documentation is required to enable and facilitate a mass review of all existing LMP functional and technical documentation, identify weaknesses or gaps associated with that documentation and, once approved by Government, make modifications to that documentation as required to ensure its overall quality (complete, accurate, efficient, effective). These requirements must be met in order to effect a successful transition to new augmenting contractors beginning at least six months prior to the end of the twelve month period. Knowledge and experience with Army SSC's LMP specific corrective, preventative, and adaptive maintenance techniques/processes including those utilized for the current Army Supply Chain and Business Areas functionality (such as Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Re-Manufacturing, Acquisition, Inventory Management / Warehouse Management, Analytics), and underlying shared services provided by the Army SSC to support those areas (such as BASIS, Portal, and Middleware) are also required.
