Description

PPPL is looking for solutions to streamline business processes, establish common data and related best practices, establish process integration with Princeton University, and facilitate speed and accuracy in decision-making while complying with GAAP and federal financial standards. We would also like to fully utilized PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM delivered functionality to support improved administrative business processes, focusing on the following functional areas. •- General Ledger •- Accounts Payable •- Project Budgeting and Commitment Control •- Project Costing Management •- Asset Management •- Inventory Management •- Procurement (Purchasing, eProcurement) •- Labor Cost Distribution •- Timesheet Management We are looking for partners who can demonstrate a history of similar project successes and are able to provide the resources for the full project life cycle, from architecture design, project management, fit gap analysis, configuration, development, testing, training and change management through to post go-live support. THE RFI SOURCES SOUGHT RESPONSE DUE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 13 APRIL TO 20 APRIL 2016.
