Description

Attachment J-1 Equipment Maintenance Process Solicitation. Attachment J-2 Past Performance Questionnaire The Library of Congress uses the Pandora equipment at the LOC/NAVCC production facility to digitize motion picture films for the purpose of customer fulfillment as well as preservation. The Pandora equipment both controls the Spirit Classic datacine (a scanner for the high quality digitization of motion picture film) as well as provides color correction capability for optimizing the scans during post processing. The contractor shall maintain, service, and/or repair the Pandora equipment
