- The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a (6) six month extension on contract number HHM402-10-D-0019-0005, Air Force support to Executive Expertise Team for IT Capability Delivery (AF-IT), based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This task order is a current award under the Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) Contract. All SITE awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Blue Canopy for Air Force support to AF-IT. This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under an Air Force contract vehicle. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Description of Supplies or Services: The requirement is to extend the existing Enterprise Communications Services Task Order (from 4/30/2016 to 10/30/2016) will allow the Chief lnformation Office (CIO) to continue vital services to both the Air Force and OSD, while allowing the necessary time to conduct a fair opportunity competition and award a new task order under an Air Force competitive solicitation for follow-on services support contract.. Services required to be performed are listed as follows: - Program Management - Subject Matter/Functional Expertise - Principal System Engineering - Senior Architect Support - Reengineering Consulting - Information Assessment Place of contract Performance is CONUS. The projected cost for this six-month extension is $1.4M
