Description
Statement of work! Solicitation with Statement of Work The contractor shall provide the government with the following: One (1) Dual Channel Controller with 4 analog 4-20 madc, 5 relay, and 3 IQ sensor inputs mix and match: Model IQ/S 182XT • One (1) Optical Dissolved Oxygen Probe compatible with the dual channel controller listed above in #1: Model FDO7001Q • One (1) ViSolid 700 IQ Suspended Solids Probe compatible with the dual channel controller listed above in #1 • Two (2) Sensor cables with connectors 7 meters compatible with the dual channel controller listed above in #1: #480-042Y Model SACIQ-7.0 Two (2) SS Rail Mount Kits for probes for the probes listed in #2 and 3 above: #245 8000Y Model SMK One (1) Panel Mount Kit for IQ Modules: #480-046Y-048Y Model PMS/IQ NSWCCD Code 633 was funded by NAVSEA to perform a laboratory performance evaluation of an EVAC membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment system. The installation of sensors into the bioreactor to continuously monitor the health of the biomass will allow for a comprehensive evaluation. The purchase items for a bioreactor sensor set are: 1) One high-range, self-cleaning suspended solids (SS) sensor using light attenuation for monitoring mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) with max range 0 to 30 g/L, 18 inch length; 2) One dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor using optical luminescent technology, 0 to 50 mg/L, no required flow or calibration, 8 inch length; and 3) One monitor with at least two sensor inputs to display both SS and DO.
