- Revised Registration for 29 Apr 16 Golf Tournament Revised Registration for 28 Apr 16 Industry Day Please be informed that registration due date has been extended from 8 Apr 16 to 15 Apr 16. Below is a message from Mr Eric Warner, Chief, Engineering Flight, 374th Civil Engineering Squadron. In Japanese・日本語: '親愛なる皆様, 桜花の候、皆様におかれましては益々ご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。 さて、今回のイベントですが米軍側からは横田、横須賀、厚木、キャンプ座間、三沢基地からの参加となっております。 ご希望の通り、基地入門のパスをお持ちでないお客様の為に参加申し込みの締め切りを 4 月 15 日（金）まで延長いたしました。 既に ID やパスをお持ちのお客様も、申し込みをお願いします。軽食等の準備がある為、正確な人数を把握をしたく存じます。参加ご希望の方は全員申し込みをお願いします。 1. 　 4 月 28 日産業の日の懇親会は無料です！各基地、将来の改築、改修、工事計画についてプレゼンテーションを行います。また、アメリカ政府と取引方法について等の質疑応答の場も設けます。 2. 　展示スペースにはまだ余裕がございます。御社が他のお客様に展示したい物や販促物等ございましたら、どうぞこの機会をご利用下さい。在関東の全ての基地が皆様にお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。 　 3. 　ゴルフトーナメントの締め切りも延長させていただきました。上限は 144 名様まで（ 36 グループ）、先着順とさせていただきます。このゴルフが日本の企業と米軍関係者が繋がる良い機会となることを切に願っております。もし 4 名チームに人数届かなくてもご心配なく！私どもで調整いたします。支払いに関しましては、可能な限り申込書記載のリンク先を通じクレジット払いをお願い申し上げます。（リンク先にアクセスできないというご指摘を頂きましたが、修正済みです。）また当日の現金払いも可能です。 4. 　寄付のお申し出も受け付けております。頂いた寄付金の全ては、我々の人材育成日に充当させていただきます。もし寄付や協賛に賛同していただけますなら、お知らせ下さい。 ご質問等ありましたらお気軽に。 この機会を通じ、在関東米軍基地がより多くの業者様と繋がり価値あるものになると確信しております。我々と皆様の両方に有益な機会となるでしょう！ エリック’ In English　英語: 'Engineers and friends, FYI: From the US, we have confirmed participation so far from Yokota, Yokosuka, Atsugi, Camp Zama, and Misawa. Per your request: We have delayed the registration deadline to Friday, 15 April, for all guests who don't already have a pass to enter the base. For those with IDs/passes already, you STILL need to register so we can have an accurate headcount for Icebreaker and refreshment purposes. We would like to see everyone register sooner versus later, please. 1. Please remember, attendance at the 28 April Industry Day and Icebreaker social are free of charge! Bases will present near future maintenance, repair, and construction program plans plus there will be a contractor discussion panel of how to work with the US government. 2. Exhibition space is still available. This is a great opportunity to bring your display materials and handouts to market your company to all attendees. We from all the Kanto area military bases look forward to meeting you. 3. The Golf registration deadline is also extended, but be advised that we are limited to 144 players (36 teams)...first come, first served. I hope that you all can join us for this great networking opportunity between Japanese companies and US base personnel. If you don't have a complete 4-person team, that's OK! We'll match you up. We prefer you pay via credit card using the link within the registration form, however we can always take cash the day of the event if needed. The registration form payment link has been fixed. 4. Donations are requested of those companies that are willing. All proceeds go towards our education and mentoring fund. If interested in donating or sponsoring, please let us know. If you have any questions, please ask. We are here to ensure your participation is well worth your time...and that the Kanto area US military bases get to know more construction and related contractors as well.
