- AMENDMENT 001: The solicitation N61340-16-R-1151 is amended as follows: Deliver dates for CLIN 0001 remains unchanged for 13 May 2016 is changed from 13 May 2016 to 13 June 2016. The hour and date specified for receipt of quotes is extended. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the combined synopsis/solicitation below. A brief statement stating acknowledgement should be included with the quote. Changes are reflected below and are highlighted in yellow. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Training Systems Division (TSD) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61340-16-R-1151 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2005-87 effective 07 March 2016. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted with an associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. This purchase is intended to provide SPAN hardware to be upgraded to maintain configuration management of the existing systems at six training sites. There are multiple computer configurations required at each of these locations (See Delivery Information Below). The majority of components required to build these systems contain brand name only. Items that are not brand name specific will be identified by an asterisk within the statement of work tables. All brand name or equal components substitutions shall include necessary literature to support equal determination. No item shall contain any wireless or Bluetooth capability.
