- Description
- The purpose of this FBO announcement is to identify contractors who can meet program security requirements and will be eligible to receive and respond to the Space Control Depot Support (SCDS) II Request for Proposal (RFP) once requirements are finalized. In order for the RFP to be received by any contractor, specific security requirements must be met. A. Any contractor interested in receiving the SCDS II RFP, must review the necessary qualifications detailed in Paragraph B of this FBO announcement. 1. If your company DOES meet the listed requirements, please respond to this RFI with the following information: a. Name of Company b. Security Point of Contact (POC) c. Program Manager or Business Development Lead d. Description of how your company meets the qualifications in paragraph B (e.g. We have XX cleared personnel and an accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)). 2. If your company DOES NOT meet all the requirements at this time, but would like to work towards reaching that point in order to receive the SCDS II RFP, then respond to this RFI with the following information: a. Name of Company b. Name of Security POC c. Program Manager or Business Development Lead d. Which qualifications your company DOES meet and which qualifications your company DOES NOT meet, along with an explanation of how and when your company intends to meet these qualifications. B. Necessary qualifications: 1. Verification your company has personnel with Top-Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances. NOTE : Due to the nature and scope of the potential effort, the Government recommends the contractor have AT LEAST five (5) personnel with TS/SCI clearances. 2. Verification your company has facilities accredited to the TS/SCI levels of classification (SCIF). a. Does your company own these facilities? b. Does your company use facilities hosted by another organization? 3. An accredited Secure Government Network (SGN) network. A developmental Local Area Network (LAN) is preferred but not required. C. Please send all responses to UDG_SMC_SYSCDSIIWORKFLOW@us.af.mil no later than 9 May 2015. D. Government Points of Contact: 1.
