Sources Sought Notice VA BOSTON PHARMACY SUPPLIES PR# 523-16-3-7068-0721 Only current GSA/NAC Schedules holders will be considered, documentation required. Contractors must use approved Schedule Pricing. Preference will also be given to Small Business. The VA Boston is seeking GSA Schedule 65 II A NAC FSS contract holders who have the ability to provide all of the attached brand name pharmacy items on an as needed basis. Vendors shall either already have the items on schedule or be able to have them included on schedule at the time of award, anticipated April 2016. The identified brand name pharmacy supplies are needed to meet the needs for these patient specific items as described in the attached Limited Sources Justification. All items are covered under the following SIN Codes at a minimum: A-1, A-10, A-11B, A-11C, A-12, A-14A, A-14C, A-15, A-15A, A-15B, A-16, A-17, A-18A, A-19, A-21A, A-22A, A-22B, A-22C, A-22D, A-23A, A-25A, A-25E, A-25G, A-26A, A-26B, A-26C, A-2A, A-2B, A-3A, A-3B, A-3C, A-3D, A-45, A-4A, A-4B, A-5, A-50B, A-52, A-55, A-6, A-65, A-70, A-8A. The purpose of this RFI is to determine NAC FSS contract holders who have the ability to fulfill this need as a competitive/noncompetitive procurement. The solicitation will be issued to contractors who respond to this notice and demonstrate the capacity to fulfill this need. Due to time constraints, the intent is to issue a Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) off a NAC FSS contract for a 4 month base with 2 option years. The solicitation will be issued under NAICS 339113 with PSC 6515. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest and capabilities to supply all noted brand name pharmacy supplies, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than 5:00 PM EST on 4/11/2015. Responses shall be sent to tammy.fox@va.gov. Information received will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a restricted set aside or unrestricted and competitive/noncompetitive procurement. The determination to conduct a restricted set aside or unrestricted and competitive/noncompetitive procurement based on responses to this RFI notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
