Description: ATT_3_Wage_Det_05-2017 ATT_2_Pricing_Bid_Sheet ATT_1_PWS This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial services and supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W912D0-16-T-0016 under FAR subpart 13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-87 effective 07 March 2016). The Government intends to establish multiple BPAs to responsible vendors that are capable of providing the required services and supplies as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). When establishing this BPA the Government will consider price only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 712120 and SIC Code 8412, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business, but non-profit organizations are also encouraged to submit quotes. Please see attached PWS, Pricing Bid Sheet, and Wage Determination for a detailed description of services and supplies. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The United States Army Garrison Fort Wainwright Cultural Resources Manager/Native Liaison has a requirement to hold consultation and other government-to-government meetings with Alaska Native tribes. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide administrative and logistical support for government-to-government cultural resources meetings between U.S. Army Garrison Fort Wainwright (USAG FWA) and Federally recognized Alaska Native Tribes (Tribes) in accordance with the attached PWS. EXTENT OF OBLIGATION: The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA in accordance with the stated terms and conditions. The Government is responsible for payment of services that have been inspected and accepted by the Government. This BPA does not obligate any funds. Funds are obligated when an order is placed under this BPA. This BPA may be canceled by either party upon 30-day written notification. PURCHASE LIMITATION: Individual calls placed against this Blanket Purchase Agreement shall not exceed $10,000. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This BPA covers the period 1 May 2016 to 30 April 2021.
