Description

BH Whipple Elevator Solicitation 6/01/16-5/31/21 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Proposal is issued herein. The General Services Administration has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services for six (6) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator at the B.H. Whipple Federal Building, in Ft. Snelling, MN. The project scope will consist of the management, supervision, manpower, materials, equipment and supplies; and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all Elevator Maintenance requirements for the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building.
