Description

Draft PWS. RFI for new DLDM DETA Requirement The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing a Request for Information from potential offerors who can provide Clinical Support to the Department of Laboratory Diagnosis and Monitoring (DLDM) and the Department of Epidemiology and Threat Assessment (DETA), US Military HIV Research Program (MHRP). All requirements are outlined within the attached RFI and DRAFT Statement of Work. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. PROPOSALS ARE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this RFI. Within the response, respondents should provide a narrative identifying business size (large business, small business, and small disadvantaged business, etc.) All responses must be received by Tuesday, April 19, 2016 by 4:00 p.m. Eastern. Narratives should be e-mailed to Mr. Andrew Green at Andrew.w.green17.civ@mail.mil.
