Attachment 1 - TV Locations 4-6-16_Rev2 Q&A 2 Responses Solicitation Amendment 0005 The purpose of this amendment 0005 is to: 1. Correct the proposal submission date and time in the Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items to be 11 April 2016 by 10:00 AM CST. 2. Correct the question submission date and time in the Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items to be 7 April 2016 by 11:00 AM CST. 3. Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 April 2016. The PWS dated 03/28/2016 is hereby rescinded. 4. Incorporate a revised Attachment 1. 5. Incorporate government responses to questions received. No additional questions will be accepted. 6. Correct the quantity of CLIN 0003 to reflect 4 as amended in previous amendment. All proposal submission made prior to the amendment may require revisions. If your proposal will remain as submitted please send an email confirmation along with original submission attached cynethia.crawford-mcdonald@usace.army.mil and wendy.d.fields@usace.army.mil. Proposal submission due date remains unchanged. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST 11 April 2016.
