Description

This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC anticipates receiving a quote for the repair of: Basic: Qty 1 EA Countermeasures Signal Processor NSN: 5865-22-605-9875EW for the ALQ-213 Delivery Due: 90 days ARO The approximate RFQ issue date will be 8 April 2016 with an approximate response date of 22 Apr 2016. The proposed contract action is for a repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Terma North America INC, Cage Code 4AHH0. Authority: 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ with NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
