- Description
- 1) Provide a summary of qualifications statement (no more than two pages per person) detailing each individual's experience to include any specialized appraisal experience in rural, agriculture, wilderness, wetlands, rights-of-way, multiple-use, recreation, income-producing, transitional land; 2) Provide list of all training courses completed to include month/year and who provided the training; 3) Must furnish copies of all licenses for those state(s) in which you are interested in doing work; 4) Must furnish copy of current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) training certificate; 5) Provide copy of current Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) "Yellow Book" course completion certificate (if you possess one); 6) Provide two work samples of UASFLA assignments performed within the past three years; 7) If you have not completed any assignments under UASFLA standards, please submit two recent work samples of the types of properties identified in number 1 above. 8) Must furnish names and contact information of six clients you've conducted assignments for within the past three years; 9) List of states where temporary licenses have been granted and copies of those licenses; 10 List of geographic areas where you or your firm practice; 11 All documents provided will NOT be returned and must be furnished in PDF format; Email your complete package to OVSSOURCESSOUGHT@IOS.DOI.GOV Important registration information : All appraisers interested in doing business with the Government must have a DUNS number. You may obtain a DUNS number at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. All appraisers must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be identified as a small business with NAICS code 531320. Be advised it may take several weeks to establish your account with SAM. Note: You must have a DUNS number first before registering in SAM. Visit www.sam.gov to register once you've obtained a DUNS number. Notice: This Sources Sought announcement does not constitute or guarantee future business with the Department of the Interior nor will any costs associated with the preparation and submission of your qualification package be authorized or reimbursed by the Department of the Interior. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify potential certified general licensed appraisers nation-wide to conduct real property appraisal services for the Department of the Interior.
