This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N0024416-T-0112 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a small business size standard of $11.00M.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-04-11 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The FLC - San Diego requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall provide climate controlled indoor parachute packing and briefing facility located on a Certified Drop Zone listed on the AMC ZAR Held as a unit Drone Survey and airport runway shall be collocated within 80 MILES OF SAN DIEGO with the packing and briefing area and have the ability to bring in contract aircraft as necessary.(see attached Performance Work Statement) Place of Performance: WITHIN 80 MILES OF SAN DIEGO, CA PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: (total of 30 days) 16-19 MAY 2016 13-16 JUNE 2016 11-13 JULY 2016 08-11 AUGUST 2016 05-08 SEPTEMBER 2016 03-05 OCTOBER 2016 17-20 OCTOBER 2016 31-03 NOVEMBER 2016 Method of Payment:(WAWF) Wide Area Work Flow, 1, Group; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - San Diego intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
