Description

Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Solicitation FA4427-16-R-0006 Travis AFB is seeking to acquire laundry and dry-cleaning services. Complete details of the services, evaluation factors and the performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation in un-restricted (i.e. - both lard and small contractors can submit proposals). Period of performance is a base period of 1 June 2016 through 31 May 2017, subject to the availability of funds. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 812320, the Federal Supply Class (FSC) is S209 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7219. Award shall be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The govenrment reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Past performance information will be required to be submitted by the date specified in the solicitation. Firms that are not responsive to the solicitation package will be ineligible for awards.
