- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Portland, Maine Delineated Area: North: From the Intersection of Union Street and Federal Street heading northeast along Federal Street to the intersection of Federal Street and Pearl Street continuing northwest along Pearl Street to the intersection of Pearl Street and Congress Street continuing northeast along Congress Street to the intersection of Congress Street and Hampshire Street continuing southeast along Hampshire Street to the intersection of Hampshire Street and Federal Street continuing northeast along Federal Street to the intersection of Federal Street and India Street continuing southeast along India Street to the intersection of India Street and Newbury Street continuing northeast along Newbury Street to the intersection of Newbury Street and Hancock Street.
