Description

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a requirement change to Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level-Of-Effort (LOE) Term contract W56JSR-15-C-0038. This requirement change will increase labor hours for the final 4-5 months of W56JSR-15-C-0038's base period only, and has estimated value between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00. This requirement change will be solicited and awarded under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency). The proposed action is for acquisition of additional labor hours of non-personal/non-commercial/professional services in software engineering and software developer labor categories. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for the W56JSR-15-C-0038 contract is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). The posting date for this Synopsis is 08 April 2016. A Justification & Approval (J&A) for this requirement increase will be posted to FedBizOpps in accordance with FAR 6.305(b). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
