Description

N00421-16-T-0246 SOLICITATION Close Date: April 18, 2016 at 5:00 PM (EST) Solicitation N00421-16-T-0246 is intent to sole source. The Government intends to sole source a requirement to repair an ET3075 Torquemeter LA4915 S/N 6131 to TORQUEMETER LIMITED in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. TORQUEMETER is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the equipment being repaired and there is no other businesses authorized to perform the repairs and calibrations. A patent, copyright and/or proprietary data limits competition for this requirement. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
