It is operated by Education Management Corporation under contract # DOL-ETA-14-C-0004 with the DOL. Blue Ridge Job Corps Center has been operating for over 50 years, providing career technical and academic training to disadvantaged youth 16 to 24 years old. It is a 24/7 facility with 192 students.
