Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Association of Staff Physician Recruiters 2016 Conference Acquisition Plan Number: VA701-16-AP-0105 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity - Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with: Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) | 1000 Westgate Dr., Suite 252, St. Paul, MN 55114, for the purchase of twenty-four (24) registrations to the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters 2016 annual conference in New Orleans, LA from May 14 - May 18. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 25 April 2016, 2:00 PM EST by email to Rosella.Torcaso@va.gov.
