- IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CAN PROVIDE A QUOTE, PLEASE DO SO. This will be an all or none based award. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the services described and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ 16-Q-7059 to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Vendors must be registered in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Please keep your SAM updated. Please include your CAGE code on your quote. Quote is due to Katherine Lewis Beacham, Contract 0Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4/15/2016. Eastern Standard. Quotes will be accepted via email: mary.lewisbeacham@navy.mil.
