- 4/11/2016 - Amendment 1 issued to make changes to the Performance Work Statement (Section C. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Maintenance Steering Group (MSG-3)Training. The FAA contemplates a single award Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract for a 1-year base period with two 1-year option periods. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s)from https://faaco.faa.gov. If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Harold Hannah, Contract Specialist (AAQ-731), via e-mail at harold.hannah@faa.gov. Technical and cost proposals are due no later than the date and time listed above. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women- owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
