Description

Specifications Sources Sought Technical Requirements The System shall consist of the following specifications: 1. The meter must have multiple ranges, with the least sensitive at +- 10 mV full scale and the most sensitive at +/- 10 nV full scale. 2. The meter should have a resolution of better than 1 nV. 3. Output Accuracy: The output should be +/- 1V full scale corresponding to the full scale of the selected range. The reading should be accurate to +/- 0.2% of the reading. 4. Noise and filtering a.meter must have ultra-low noise, less than the Johnson noise equivalent of a 50 Ohm resistor. 5. Linearity: The output linearity must be better than 100 uV/V at the output. 6. Thermal drift must be better than 500 pV per degree Celsius. 7. The meter must have the option for battery operation with a runtime capacity of at least 50 hours. 8. Two inputs: One for high voltage measurement (1000 to 0.01 V or larger range) and one for precision low-voltage measurements (1mV to 10 nV or larger range) 9. Input impedance must be greater than 30 M Ohms for nV readings.
