- Synopsis - M00264-16-R-0034 The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to procure Telecommunication Support Services for USMC Base Quantico, VA Marine Corps G6 Information Technology Directorate. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517919- All Other Telecommunications. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Contracting by Negation acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR 15. The Government intends to award to the source using Tradeoff Procedures (FAR 15.101-1). The contract award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (M00264-16-R-0034) will be posted on or about 1 May 2016 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The point of contact for this solicitation are Michael Curley, Contract Specialist, 703-432-0036, michael.t.curley@usmc.mil and Michael Dennie, Team Lead Contract Specialist, 703- 432- 1927, micheal.dennie@usmc.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. SCOPE OF WORK: The technical services rendered under this contract include system operations, systems maintenance, sustainment engineering, systems engineering, customer requirements tracking, and network and system analysis, assessment. The technical service provided under this contract supports programs and institutional customers. Additionally the scope of this contract includes the provision of remote technical support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. Services rendered under this contract shall include all tools, vehicles, equipment, training, and personnel necessary to support daily telecommunications operations and perform the tasks described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance for this effort will be for a one (1) twelve months (12) base year, two (2) twelve months (12) option periods, and one (1) six months (6) option period.
