Description

The original Pre-solicitation Notice description is hereby replaced as follows; PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete Project 607-15-107 "Upgrade Water Distribution/ Treatment" at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI. Scope of work, includes, but is not limited to installation of new hot and cold water distribution piping with return loops for both systems, associated valves, monitoring devices, anti-scald devices, and drinking fountains. Major elements include plumbing, hazardous material removal, and minor electrical. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 April 2016 with the bid opening on or about 12 May 2016. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business construction firms. The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220; size standard $15 Million applies. Time for completion is 730 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. There are no further changes
