Description

The FAA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide chiller maintenance services for four separate chiller units IAW the performance work statement (PWS). All units are centrifugal TRANE CVHE models. Annual maintenance includes, but is not limited to, checking the compressor-motor assembly, oil system, motor starters, control panel, purge units, condenser, and cooler IAW the PWS. ***Special Notice: Use of Tiered Evaluation When evaluating offers for award, the FAA will use tiered evaluation. The order of precedence is as follows: 1.) Total Small Business concerns 2.)
